Ricki Lang serves as Global Vice President of Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment at Quantum Metric, where she leverages deep expertise in data-driven insights and digital optimization to transform the customer and employee experience for Fortune 100 clients. Before joining Quantum Metric, Ricki served as Vice President of Product Development and Engineering at Comcast, where she bridged business and technology to deliver large-scale transformation. Her leadership generated $75 million in savings through an innovative device activation strategy.

Ricki is a Founding Member of Philly Builds AI, where she serves as Marketing Chair, shaping the organization's voice, community presence, and growth strategy. She also serves as Vice Chair and incoming President of SIM Philadelphia, on the board of WICT Philadelphia where she directs the annual Tech It Out conference, and on the board of Broad Street Angels.

She holds a degree in Information Systems and Finance from NYU Stern and frequently speaks on AI, digital transformation, and the human side of technology leadership. A Philadelphia native, Ricki is focused on bringing the region to the global stage through economic development, innovation, and ensuring people and organizations can move forward together as technology evolves.

Erin Feeney is a transformation-focused executive with more than 20 years of experience helping data and technology companies modernize how they build products, serve customers, and create measurable business impact. Her work has centered on product innovation, operational transformation, predictive analytics, AI-enabled platforms, digital twin technology, automation, and continuous improvement.

Erin holds an MBA in Organizational Management and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Wharton-certified in Mastering Innovation: Strategy, Process and Tools. As a founding board member of Philly Builds AI, Erin is passionate about helping Greater Philadelphia become a leading region for responsible AI adoption, enterprise innovation, and economic opportunity.

Nikki Pumphrey has spent more than two decades on one idea: regions compete best when opportunity reaches everyone. Her work builds the partnerships, funding, and employer practices that make inclusive growth real.

As Vice President of Talent and Workforce at the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, she works with employers to close the talent gaps that constrain regional growth. She helped build a fair chance hiring effort with Philadelphia Works, and anchored by JPMorganChase, that earned national recognition and contributed to changes in the city's hiring ordinance. Previously, as Senior Managing Director at Per Scholas, she led Philadelphia strategy for a $40M+ national organization, securing more than $1.15 million in new funding within 18 months. As Deputy Director at The Welcoming Center, she built Philadelphia's first employer-informed immigrant workforce strategy in partnership with the City and advised 16 states and cities on workforce policy.

She chairs the Technology Learning Collaborative and founded PHL Women in WkDev, a network advancing leadership in workforce development.
