The Case for Philadelphia

Why Build Here?

Philadelphia is the most underestimated major tech market in America and that's exactly what makes it the opportunity.

With a $355B regional economy larger than Denver and San Diego combined and 40% of US GDP within a four-hour drive, the assets are already here. World-class research at Penn, Drexel, and Temple. The deepest concentration of regulated-industry enterprises in the country: health systems, pharma, finance, insurance. And a cost structure that lets your capital go roughly 30–40% further than in NYC or Boston.

What's been missing is coordination. That's what Philly Builds AI exists to create.
